Hello, my name is Gabriela Zygmuntowicz, known as Gabi.
I am the Founder and Aesthetic Practitioner of Velallure Skin and Scar Therapy Clinic. It is my heartfelt pleasure to welcome you to my clinic, where I am dedicated to sharing my passion for skin and scar therapy with you.
With 17 years of experience in the beauty and aesthetic industry, I have had the privilege of working in renowned clinics in Central London, including Sarah Chapman, where I served as the leading therapist and in-house trainer.
My extensive experience in the spa, beauty, and aesthetic sectors, performing a wide range of treatments for the face and body, has equipped me with valuable skills that I am proud to implement in my own business.
In 2021, I experienced a very serious bike accident that broke my helmet, leaving me with a concussion and scarring across my forehead. I lost all feeling in this area of my face, and my eyebrow flattened. I also suffered from debilitating headaches for several months, lost mobility and expression, and was deeply self-conscious about my appearance. It was during this time that I employed all my learning in scar therapy, and as you can see from my photographs below, I was able to transform my scar and, with this, how I felt. My confidence was re-awakened, and I could raise my eyebrow again!
As a result of this transformative experience, I made the life-changing decision three years ago to move from London to Cheltenham to pursue my dream of opening Velallure Skin and Scar Therapy Clinic. My goal was to offer high-quality facial treatments and exceptional care found in London's elite clinics, at more affordable prices.
Since then, I have expanded my expertise in scar treatments, learning Restore Scar Therapy and Specialised Oncology Scar Therapy from renowned scar expert, Emma Holly. This gentle scar therapy is highly effective in reducing tightness, discomfort, and pain caused by scar tissue, fibrosis, and adhesions, promoting healthy recovery.
I understand the physical and emotional effects scars have on our lives. I want everyone going through surgery or trauma to know that there is something that can be done to improve the quality of their lives without living in pain and discomfort.
Beyond my clinic work, I am committed to giving back to the community.I volunteer at Charlie's Community Support Centre, offering scar tissue treatment to individuals affected by cancer. It is a privilege to serve these wonderful individuals and assist in their cancer recovery journey.
My specialised oncology scar therapy training enhances my ability to support cancer patients better, and I am committed to continuously expanding my knowledge to serve my clients.
My mission is to empower my clients on their skin and scar recovery journey and create a safe space where they can feel supported and heard without judgment. I aim to help each client regain confidence and comfort in their own skin, addressing their unique needs with empathy and care.
